Description
Songwriting workshops are a great addition to any of the 50 minute elementary school assembly
programs listed above. An original song including original lyrics, music and drum beat is created,
performed and recorded with student participation. Award winning New Jersey magician and songwriter
Jeff Blum personally instructs kids on all aspects of writing lyrics, music and creating a drumbeat.
Ideally, these are done in smaller groups of no more than 100 students following a 50 minute program.
